I am not sure if this is what you mean, but yes, you can use drbd on top of LVM. Your domU should be configured with something like disk=['phy:drbd1,hda1,w'] and drbd should have something like this in /etc/drbd.conf for both your hosts on yourhost { ..... device /dev/drbd1; disk /dev/vgn/vm; .... }I don't think you should have any problems resizing your volumes but I didn't try it.
