Hello

I would like to use iptables in domU's.
Do I have to have support for iptables for both dom0 and domU or is it
possible to have iptables support enabled only in domU kernel?

I can be only in domU's.

Btw: any functional kernel config 2.6.16 with iptables available?

What makes you think any have iptables disabled? E.g. I'm using FC6.
