It is not supported in any released version yet. When 3.0.5 comes out,
it should support migration of HVM domains (doesn't really matter if
they are running Windows or any other OS), but currently (in
xen-unstableas of a few hours ago) it's broken in the xc_save/xc_restore
functionality, which needs to work to make live migration work.
