        I think there is no problem in Windows 2000, I installed it on Xen
without having larger trouble (of course, this was for test only, not for a
productive usage)... From my point of view the problem of Velten is not
having the VT-Enabled processor, motherboard and bios, this is the HW
question, not the question of the older OS...

Or check out VMware, which may save you a lot of setup work.

But *WHY* do you want to run a no-longer-supported, no more security 
patches OS? Do you really need that much pain?
