Hi Can someone confirm if its possible to boot of a udf image/dvd? If so what do I need to change in the file below? All my windows OS images are on DVD as part of my msdn subscription. In this instance I've copied the image to Dom0 file system, but have tried physically from the dvd also. Here is my disk definition line: disk=['file:/home/glenn/windows2003.img,ioemu:hda,w','file:/home/glenn/winosdvd.img,dvd,r'] but complete file is shown below. The result of xm create is that ata0 slave is an unknown device, CDROM boot failure code 0002 #Complete file for this HVM.... kernel = "/usr/lib/xen-ioemu-3.0/boot/hvmloader" builder='hvm' memory=1024 name = "Windows2003Server" vcpus = 1 vif = ['bridge=xenbr0'] disk=['file:/home/glenn/windows2003.img,ioemu:hda,w','file:/home/glenn/winosdvd.img,dvd,r'] device_model='/usr/lib/xen-ioemu-3.0/bin/qemu-dm' boot='d' fullscreen=0 sdl=1 vnc=0 vncviewer=0 serial='pty' ne2000=0 usb=1 usbdevice='tablet' Thanks Glenn _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
