Hmm, the size of the X window is defined by youreself and how large
you make this window in your windows manager... console's sizes are
usually measured in characters rather than in pixels, but I think you
probably mean this:

I know sometimes, even if you have an xterm (or whatever x console you
use) windows in fullscreen, the xm console inside doesn't fill the
whole xterm for some reasons... I don't know why this is and how to
avoid it but ssh.
