I've just found the solution. It sound like this:



If XEN requires <<at least>> GCC 3.4, never use GCC 4.2!



For me I've just recompiled XEN 3.1 with GCC 3.4 and problems went away: 
crashing domUs, sigfaults in dom0, and hangind domUs.
