[Xen-users] Building open-iscsi on 2.6.16.38

I'm trying to build open-iscsi-2.0-865.2 on a 
2.6.16.38-xs3.2.0.531.3960xen kernel and can't locate the BUILD tree 
for /lib/modules/`uname -r` needed to compile open-iscsi from the 
source.  I've searched the xensource site, the mailing list archives,
and the wiki and can't find the package.  I've tried adding it with yum, 
but no luck.  I'm obviously missing something.

Where can I get the 2.6.16.38-xs3.2.0.531.3960xen kernel-development 
package??
