[Xen-users] differences between Para-Virtualization and Full-Virtualization?

Could someone explain me the following questions:

Where are differences between Para-Virtualization and Full-Virtualization in 
the aspects of memory management, CPU and Device I/O, Network?

How is the performance difference between them?
