You need the proper kernel driver and utilities. See if 'ntfs' is listed in /proc/filesystems..

Then your kernel lacks support for ntfs, or the module is not loaded and needs to be loaded.

Try 'modprobe -a ntfs'. If that is not found, you'll need a kernel with ntfs support.

U cant mount a file disk directly, beacuse windows run as HVM domain and use proper partitioning and file sytem on this. so to mount a partition on a file disk we use lomount.

#lomount  -diskimage <FILE> -partition  <NUM>  <mountpoint>

Replace <FILE> with disk image and <NUM> with the no like 1,2,3.. and finally mountpoint same as mount option.
