Or failing that, look in /var/lib/xend/domains for a directory named after 
your uuid (uuid 0c4bb267-9596-32ef-46af-d70f3d509e7b) and delete it. You 
could check with 'lsof|grep 0c4bb267-9596-32ef-46af-d70f3d509e7b' to be sure 
there are no open files in that directory. If it's a phantom guest, there 
probably won't be any open files. 'xm list' will still show the phantom until 
you reboot.
