[Xen-users] "Xen: Cannot emulate c3" error message from "xm dmesg"

Hello, I keep getting the following error in the "xm
dmesg" output after 
my dom0 and domU's have been up for a while (few
days).

I am running CentOS, my relevant grub.conf entry
below:
