running windows on linux with xen : you need full virtualisation (hvm)

so modify these following parameters in you config file :
    device_model = "/usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-dm"
    kernel = "/usr/lib/xen/boot/hvmloader"
    builder='hvm'
Verify the paths as I'm not running suse. and also, there may be more issues than the ones I'm mentioning
