in that case, you have maybe the chance, to use variables. For example:

disk = [ 'file:$XENIMAGES/images/win_xp_hd.disk,hda,w',
'file:$XENIMAGES/images/isowin,hdb:cdrom,r',
'file:$XENIMAGES/images/new.iso,hdd:cdrom,r',
'file:$XENIMAGES/images/hda.raw,hdc,w']

Use a wrapper to create the guests and export the new $XENIMAGES/ variable.

i never tried it, but ... :-)
