[Xen-users] Unable to connect to Xend. Connection refused

Hi all,
      I have a big problem and I don't understand what to do.
After a new emerge somedays ago, xend ended to work correctly and I 
receive the following error when I try a xen command:

Error: Unable to connect to xend: Connection refused. Is xend running?

Dom0 is up I think but with xm list and with xm create ... I receive 
that error too.
I tried to emerge again python, xen and xen tools, but nothing change.
The log file of xend report an error that I didn't find anywhere in 
web and don't know where to read something about it.

what is that element in line 1 and column 0 that it doesn't find???

I'm running a gentoo version 2.6.20-xen-r4, and xen version 3.1
