well, since PV domains have the kernel and initrd loaded by Dom0, most of the 
hard parts of PXE are already done, don't you think?  if the disk image 
resides on some kind of network (NFS, SAN, iSCSI, FC, etc), what's left for 
PXE to do?

more interesting is to boot Xen itself (and Dom0) via PXE... so the CPU box 
doesn't need any storage at all.
