Try https://www.cs.tcd.ie/Stephen.Childs/pypxeboot/ .
This does the pxe-things of getting a ip, retrieving kernel and
vmlinuz and then starts up the para-domU with those settings.

This did work for me, follow the directions at
http://fluxcoil.net/doku.php/xen/pxe_booting . vnc-access is
possible as well as sdl-access to the HVM-domU.
