Re: [Xen-users] How does Windows see CPU layout under Xen?

If you set vcpus=4, Microsoft Windows will see 4 x single core CPUs.  Virtual CPUs are (to my knowledge) always passed through as single core CPUs.

If I set up a HVM machine with vcpus=4 on a quad core processor, how
will the operating system see these? As a single Processor with 4 cores,
or something else?

Thanks
