Grab a copy of OPen Solaris Developers edition /Community release and follow these steps
http://opensolaris.org/os/community/xen/docs/linux-dom0/

Remember if you are using FC7 or 8 then follow steps for 3.0.4 and 3.1.
Also avoid using pygrub at first.
