I guess Solaris 10 (08/07) cannot run as PVM .
In general it's kernel is not Xen aware
Solaris 11 (starting with build >=87 or <=84 ) runs as PVM at Xen 3.2 CentOs 5.1 with no problems. Solaris 11 (build 85,86) kernels may be patched to run as PVMs at Xen 3.2 CentOS 5.1 (Ubuntu 7.10) Dom0.

Opensolaris should work as HVM (shold be easy) or PV guest (with some
glitches).
