Including jailtime.org, I also recommend rpath (rbuilder online).

virtualappliances.com, jumpbox.com and other links are available there too.

Can you give me a better sense of specific examples of xen guests
available on bundlebits.com?

If it is something that has good xen image resource we could add a
link to the book website.
