Looks to me like the machine is booting OK but just not displaying the login
prompt on the virtual serial line for some reason.

Can you ssh in?
Can you ping it?
Can you connect to the guest's framebuffer console?

Yes! you are right, after i mounted image and configured network interface, i am able to connect trought ssh. It means it is working , but i am facing some console problems. It will stop displaying after starting crond, then it will works again when domU is turning off.

You could try adding:

extra = "xencons=tty" and see if that helps.

I have tried to add this extra, it will then shows only kernel messages before actual init . Then it is showing nothing.

Cheers,
Mark
