When you say problems, can you go into more detail?

For example, do you mean that an ifconfig -a doesn't show the ethX?

You should be able to find the netfront driver in /lib/modules/<xen
kernel version>/kernel/drivers/
(I'm not sure what it is called and it probably depends on the kernel
version you are running)
