[Xen-users] How can I use the Changeset 14280 in xen3.0.3 of centos?

I found my problem is the same as Keir said, and I want to thy it

 

"Changeset 14280 in xen-unstable fixes this by no longer using the
netif_carrier flag. The patch will probably backport very straightforwardly
onto older (or newer) 2.6 Linux kernels.
