[Xen-users] Editing domain config file generated by VMM

By default VMM generates its own config file unlike the one we create for xm command.

The format is different from the one xm uses.

If I need to edit the config file generated by VMM to add a dedicated PCI device to a guest OS.

Just like pci = [ '07:00.0' ].
