You might be able to run Xen (with PV guests only) in a KVM virtual machine.
I've managed to run PV Xen in an HVM Xen domain before.

You can run Xen in KVM, I tried it once. One thing you can't do is run Xen guests
in bridge mode within a KVM guest. This was a know problem, not sure if it is something
that could be/was fixed or not.
