not sure you have updated the initrd with the latest dom0 kernel.

try running this: assumption: latest xen compiled generated
/lib/modules/2.6.18.8-xen0.

mkinitramfs /boot/initrd.img-2.6.18.8-xen0 2.6.18.8-xen0
