The GPLPV drivers are faster than using the QEMU device emulation, but
I wouldn't (yet) describe them as near-native performance, I'm not
disparaging the drivers, or recommending against using them, just
setting realistic expectations.

I've not tried running a windows domU in an actual server role (though
I happily use a Win2K3 domU in a workstation role).
