I have followed the instructions at
http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XenParavirtOps to get a working
kernel source tree but when I configure the kernel I cannot find any
mention of dom0, the Wiki states that dom0 is a work in progress, is
it usable?

I pasted the commands into a xterm one by one, I am absolutely sure
they were followed to the letter, is there something else I need to do
to get a working tree?

Andy
