Install the 64bit version of the hypervisor (I believe you can leave
the dom0 on 32bit, though I have always used 64bit dom0 with 64bit
xen)

Don't you have to have the 32 bit PAE kernel or 64 bit in order to address more than 3.5 GB? I think so.
