Sure, I did.

I write the steps I followed.

1. Downlaod source 3.0.4 & extract
2. make world & make install
3. mkinitrd xeninitrd.img  2.6.16.33-xen
4. Set the Grub.conf

title Xen
root (hd0,0)
kernel /xen.gz
module /vmlinuz-xen  ro  root=/dev/VolGroup00 rhgb
module /xeninitrd.img

Hardware
 CPU : AMD Phenom 9550
 MainBoard : sb750 & 790x
 HDD : Western 6400aaks

Could you find some my mistakes or some clue?, why it doesn't work
