[Xen-users] How to create a simple network between host an domU

I need to create a simple network between dom0 (host) and a HVM DomU.
I would not like to use a dhcp, but assign only two ip: one to Dom0 and 1 to Vm 
like Virtualbox, qemu,...
Is it possible? 
No Internet connection request.
