[Xen-users] HVM Restore failed : invalid device model signature read

I have Debian lenny Dom0 and Ubuntu HVM domu.
When I restore the VM snapshot, the VM shows up in paused state for a bit.. and 
then I get the following error  
"Fault 2:invalid device model signature read"
