Xin,

I had a similar issue the other week where, after a kernel upgrade, the
lines in my grub.conf got rewritten and that was causing the same
results with xend not starting.

I would suggest running a yum remove xen* followed by yum install xen*

Reinstalling xen, followed by a reboot corrected my issues. I also noted
that the lines in my grub.conf were rewritten correctly during the xen
reinstall.
