Hi,

I'm just learning but I did it this way:

cd xen-3.3.1
make xen
make install-xen

download and patch linux-2.6.29.1
cd linux-2.6.29.1
mkdir dom0
mkdir domU

make -O ./dom0 menuconfig
make -O ./dom0
make -O ./dom0 modules_install install

make -O ./domU menuconfig
make -O ./domU
make -O ./domU modules_install install

Continue with grub configuration and initrd creation.
