Try removing "cdrom='/dev/hdc'" line.

And since the message is about cdrom, plus you're trying to boot from
harddisk (not from cdrom), if the above doesn't work I suggest you try
removing ",'file:/mnt/images/2003Srvx64CD1.iso,hdc:cdrom,r'" entry as
well.
