Pygrub & install OpenSolaris 2008.11 at Xen Unstable Dom0
with 2.6.29-rc7 pvops enabled kernel

http://lxer.com/module/newswire/view/117670/index.html

Boris.
P.S . It would work with the most recent pvops enabled kernel
         2.6.30-rc3-tip under Xen 3.4-rc3 as well.

Please send me your config file for configuration "pygrub+zfs".

The most recent Sun's  ZFS images may be read by Xen 3.4's pygrub with no problems.
I just don't remember cs Number in Xen Unstable patching pygrub to read recent Sun's ZFS images. You  get  exactly what you are supposed to.

Boris.

Hello!
My Dom0 config: Xubuntu 8.10 + "Xen-3.3.1 and kernel-2.6.18-xen.hg"
I have Nexenta CP2 RC1 (Opensolaris b104)  on ZFS file system.
I installed  this OS in HVM.
For PV i used pygrub.
My config file: 'ncp2.pygrub'

bootloader = "/usr/bin/pygrub"
boot = "c"
memory = 512
name = "NexentaPV"
uuid = "06ed00fe-1162-4fc4-b5d8-
11993ee4a8b9"

vif = [ 'bridge=xenbr0' ]

disk = [ 'file:/mnt/xen-vm-disk/ncp_disk.img,0,w' ]

on_reboot   = 'restart'
on_crash    = 'restart'
vnc=1
vnclisten="127.0.0.1"
vncpasswd=''

next, i created:
xm create ncp2.pygrub

Using config file "./ncp2.pygrub".
Error: Boot loader didn't return any data!

What do I do not so? Why does not work?
