This is probably a stupid question, but: how do you share your keyboard and
mouse between the DomU and the Dom0? 

That isn't a problem with the normal Xen VNC/SSH/RDP access methods, but I'm
not sure of a good way to do it with two video cards and a second monitor
for the DomU.
