Would also appreciate another file format be used.  PDF or RTF would be fine.

Hello.

Good idea with the document.

Some suggestions:

- Would be good to mention which options are for HVM guests and which are
  for PV guests (some options mention that, but not all)

- "Best practices" or recommended values.. xvdX devices (instead of sdX) for PV 
guest disks etc.

- Document also xen.gz hypervisor and dom0 kernel cmdline options (for
  grub.conf). Maybe another document/file for these?
