Hi all, I have a windows xp guest and I would like the sound card to be working. Even though I put audio=1 and soundhw=all in the config file, no sound cards are available in the guest. I searched a lot in the Internet but it seems there's nothing to solve my problem. This is my audio sound card: Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801JI (ICH10 Family) HD Audio Controller which uses the snd_hda_intel driver. I use xen-sources-2.6.29-r4 for dom0 under Gentoo Linux. Could someone help me to get the sound working under windows xp please? This is my configuration file: kernel = "/usr/lib64/xen/boot/hvmloader" builder='hvm' memory = 1024 name = "windows-xp" disk = [ 'file:/mnt/vmstore/windows-xp/windows-xp.img,ioemu:hda,w','phy:/dev/cdrw1,hdc:cdrom,r' ] vif = [ 'type=ioemu, mac=00:16:3e:00:00:01, bridge=xenbr1' ] device_model = '/usr/lib64/xen/bin/qemu-dm' ne2000=0 boot='c' sdl=1 vnc=0 vcpus = 2 acpi=1 apic=1 audio=1 on_poweroff = 'destroy' on_reboot = 'restart' on_crash = 'restart' keymap='it' soundhw=all Best regards, Flavio _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
