Thanks for the tip - that makes sense. I did indeed not have domain
weights set up - now I have.

There are several posts on the Internet saying that if dom0 has the same
weight as the domU's (which is the default: 256), you may have serious
trouble with domU's under high load. Wouldn't it make sense that dom0 by
default would have a higher weight?
