[Xen-users] can not start domU

Hi, today I can not start any domU in one server.
I can not get following information, the log contains nothing.

Using config file "./test.cfg".
Error: Device creation failed for domain test

Any one has a solution for this without a reboot?

I'm running xen 3.3.1 in centos 5.2
