You'll want OES with the NetWare kernel - specifically OES 2. This contains a para-virtualised NetWare kernel for Xen. Obviously, it is expected that this instance of NetWare would be hosted on SLES 10 running Xen, so your supportability under another distribution (even openSUSE) would be 'not great'. I *think* it might be HVM capable too ...

Basically, OES 2 SP2, is NetWare 6.5 SP8.
