Xen is a baremetal type 1 hypervisor, so you can't really run it "under osx". 

Basicly you'd have to run osx under Xen. I don't think anyone has made osx 
Xen dom0 capable.

Take a look at XCI or HXEN.. not sure if those help, but worth a look.
