No. It does not print any messages of 10G SRIOV VF driver neither to vga nor
to ttyS0.

How do I print the debug messages of 10G SRIOV VF driver?

Does it print the messages to vga display? Anything that outputs to
Linux console or stdout can be redirected to ttyS0, but not when it
explicitly outputs to /dev/tty0 or similar.
