Workaround.
Comment out all xen bridge declarations in /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp.
Create bridge manually.

Should they be removed?
I've just tried to remove that lines.
That is not the solution, even if the message in the subject
doesn't longer appear, but the network is still inactive.
