For 0.1.1, make sure you've added the missing cpio file in accordance 
with this link:

If you want a CLI step by step to create a CentOS guest, you could 
always download my Xen Cloud Control System 
(http://www.xencloudcontrol.com)and take a gander at the centos.cgi script.
