you don't get any grub output, just.. nothing?

take a look at /var/log/xen/qemu-dm-<yourmachine-name>.log
and /var/log/xen/xend.log and probably /var/log/xen/xend-debug.log

try to passthrough only one NIC, maybe 2 NICs are too much for xen right
now...

Hi Nic,

Nope, nothing at all.. (I do see the hvmloader "BIOS" though)

I've already tried one NIC and it does the same thing.

Once I get home, I'll take a look at those log files and see

I should probably note that this is Ubuntu desktop HVM, and I think that Ubuntu supresses any grub output..
