If you're using a newer dom0 kernel (2.6.31 or later), your kernel
command line needs to use "xen-pciback.hide" instead of "pciback.hide"

See "Binding at Boot-Time with pvops dom0 Linux kernel (2.6.31,
2.6.32, and newer)" in http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/VTdHowTo.
