Hi,

The XCP 0.1.1 drivers weren't properly signed but the XCP 0.5 ones should be. 
If you have a spare host then it might be worth trying:
 XCP-0.5 host + XCP-0.5 drivers + Win2k8 

If that works then it suggests some important difference between the xen 3.4.2 
in XCP and xen 4.0 -- which would be worth knowing about.
